New products – NOVASKIN® Solution
Renovating traditional façades to provide additional thermal insulation, without detracting from the aesthetic appeal ? This is now the daily challenge faced by many architects, contractors, design offices, condominium associations and town planning departments, who have to deal with this increasingly common problem on a regular basis.
NOVASKIN® is a complete, high-performance, mineral-based solution and is the right answer to the needs and expectations of those involved in the specification process.
The new NOVASKIN® system from SAINT-ASTIER® is therefore born and comes in response to this challenge. The thermal performance has been independently measured under real site conditions, attesting to their proven thermal conductivity.
100% mineral
NOVASKIN® is an insulating rendering mortar created from our hydraulic lime and recycled glass beads. A 100% mineral range, compatible with traditional substrates and offering a healthy and sustainable thermal insulation solution.
The solution includes a high performance thermal insulating base coat and a coloured finishing coat for protection and aesthetic appeal. After two full years of research and development, application in real-life site conditions and tests carried out in an independent laboratory to measure thermal conductivity, we are delighted to present this innovative NOVASKIN® product, which will be launched internationally in 2024.
